Singapore National Day

When National day come, i know i REALLY do not have enough time to study for my upcoming Understanding Test 3 which is the final exam for semester 1 already… oh gosh, how i wish i got much more time to study but guess things are not up to me to decide anyway… 19 august is the first paper so that make it 10 days more now to the DOOM day =( i gonna go all crazy cause the first paper is Java…oh please, i really do not KNOW HOW TO SAVE MYSELF!! today, i woke up so late cause i was REALLY FREAKING TIRED… first time i woke up so late !! break RECORD !!! 1pm for the first time… i do not wake up so late in the past… hahaha @_@. spend the whole day reading the stupid Java slides and tomorrow i gonna go figure my way with those stupid code on ECLIPSE, a java software =( hate it !!! hate it !!! if still don’t revise, you will see a  ON THE VERGE OF TEAR  FELICIA and GOING EMO!!! i wonder how come studies are so hard?? but it can’t be that hard compare to WORKING!!!..anyway watch NDP on television with family and have such a nice dinner today…hahaha =X

long weekend

today is national day eve and tomorrow is national day itself.. last Thurday in school, my sch asked us to sing the national anthem and recite the pledge. whenever national day come, i am really excited not because it is the firework but because it bring me much memories when i think of the two times that i have joined then… first in the combined school choir in the year 2000, the millienium which my sister participated too when she was in secondary 1 and then i particpated again in 2002 as a motivator part of in the ITE participation with the poly… it seemed that each and everyone of my siblings participate in NDP. me, my sister and my younger brother who was involved in the mass display in sec 1 too..hahaha…

that day my sister told me that she went out to find her bf then she carry her “branded” bag that she bought from Hongkong… just one time she go there, she can buy so much “branded” bags and expensive shoes back from there.. i guess if it was me, i doubt i will go and buy such items as i don’t go for expensive thingy. to me can see can already but if i got $$, i don’t mind buying expensive bags too…

The UTs are back to haunt me…

the date for my UT3 are out already… even i have examination on a Saturday.. freak man!!! Saturday are for me to Relax and recharge my battery but haha, i guess on the 22 of August, it is back to school for examinaton @ 11am… Yawn…aww, i don’t like to go back to school for exam on weekend… weekend is for me to enjoy myself and not going crazy and i guess i won’t have a good sleep on Friday itself casue i can imagine myself worrying this and worrying about that…

1st paper to reduce me to tears and go mad = Object Oriented Programming.. how much i detest Java.. yuck… 19/08

2nd paper which i felt it is kind of hard too but not as difficult as yucking Java= networking on 20 /08

3rd paper that literally turn me insane too casue there is codes… CSS and HTML on 22/08 thank RP for making this a sat.. freak you man!!

4rd paper that make me very very very frightened cause it is also codes… = Database System on 25/08

i hate all those codes related stuffs…

i am really really worry that i have to REPEAT !!!

i wonder how my gpa would be affected by this horrible codes that make me so mentally stress up…

14 days to java paper… and counting… minus national day holidays, i doubt i got ENOUGH TIME left to study it !!

i really need a miracle…

why do i feel i am so “useless” in helping myself now… i am in such a despair when i think of this. codes…IT IS NOT THAT I DO NOT WANT TO PUT IN EFFORT INTO IT BUT IT IS I DON’T UNDERSTAND…

i really don’t know why would people say that programming is fun?? where on earth is programming fun??

Girl’s Shopping & Girl’s Talks

Yesterday i was such a busy person… i met three people in a day and the venue is orchard… incredible… i first met with my secondary school fren Amelia who is now in NIE, gonna be a teacher… really amazing to know that two of my friends have decided to become teacher… one is a pri sch teacher while Amelia dearier would be a secondary school student… anyway Amelia and me only hang up at Far East Plaza then i intro her to this store call ZSTYLE and she bought a dress for 28 buck… freaking nice… i bought a dress from there too for… wearing it when my family take the family protrait… shop and went to “Man Jia Le” to sit and drink and chat too…hahaha… reminisience old times when we were in secondary school… to think that i hve really left secondary school for almost 8 years already… i graduated from Anderson Secondary in the year 2001… freaking long ago…hahaa… then i was off to met my two dearier Cailing and Siyu…my bestie since ITE days… till now we are still so close… we are really ” qing ai de hao Jie Mei”….went back to Far east to shop too since they wanna go there to shop…hahaha… shop with them and look around the place… then we majiam go to Tang have our dinner and poor Ling say she was really thristy and Miss Tan Siyu was “telling us off” for not bringing water bottle out… Yes Miss Tan, i will remember to do so next time…lol… =X slack and slack and this is our fave thing so landed up at orchard forum coffee bean and we went in and out of the coffee bean to take plain water from there.. free what so i take with them… have our “girl Talks” and we talk about random things from school to studies , to crushes to love… and many more… Girl Talks… actually it quite nice to have girl talks.. fun =)  then walk to Dhoby ghaut to take mrt back … whew reach home 11.30 pm.. so late man…

haix… i don’t know what is wrong with my nose… since this morning till now, i have been sneezing non stop and i can barely breathe with my nose now…

Year 2,Semester 1 – W66D

time have indeed passed… still remember when i first enter this class. The first person i knew in this class was one Indian girl called Sumi and now Sumi and me are quite close classmates… today i work with her in team… then i remember three girls entering the room, one which was Winnie ,the another Xianli and their friend who was not from our class. now Winnie and me are quite good friends… always chat online …. then it was a big shock for the faciliators when they realized we were all from ITE… actually it was really fun to know that we were all from ITE as in this way, we were at ease with each other… ITE students are friendly people. then i started to know Suhui and xiaohui who was also from ITE Simei… what a small world.. and again when i realized Suhui and Xiaohui knew Weeling too… omg, this is such a coincidence…hahaha…count my blessing… in another few more lessons, we would depart and go to another class…for the next semester.  i wonder why must we change class when were are so close already…haix..what to do?? that is the way RP work!!! i gonna miss everyone in this class when we changed class… but i am happy to say i enjoy myself alot in this class W66D… although at times i was really stress and down, there are some who cheers me up told me not to dishearted in my grades… thank alot for liking me enjoy this class… W66D rawks !!

Time

As i type this, time is ticking by… time and tide wait for no man… how true this phrase is… sometime we wish that time would be slow but sometime we wished that time could be fast.. fast when we are having a super boring lesson with super boring lecturer talking… as how we wish time would pass slow when we are spending time with our loves one or friends… as for me, i prefer time to be passed slow when i am with my love ones… don’t know why i so emo now…

maybe… i won’t be seeing my parents for 4 days and that make me feel so emoing now…hahaha… maybe i am close to my parents after all.. anyway, i guess i would not be able to send my parents off to the airport tomorrow. my mum and my sister would be joining my dad @ Hongkong while i stay in Singapore with my younger brother… guess if only i could pon classes to go with them but i guess it is impossible to do so…haix… anyway, today lesson was pretty fun…. learned a new software called “audacity” – where i could cut and edit the music clip… hahaha, since the lecturer say i could play with any sound, you know i such a “die hard S.H.E fan”, i decided to play around with some one of the songs… and i choose Yuan Fang since this is one of the old songs that i really love when i hear their old albums… so sweet and nice and when my lecturer listen to it, he told me it is a love song for sure and yeah it was… so talking about Love what…

hahaha, i am glad he did not say anything bad about my sound clip which i do…. i just use “phaser” to change the tone of the song, add abit of echo to it and drag it here and there and tadaa, my new S.H.E song is complete… during my exploration, i discoverd that i could change the tempo of the song say from a female singer voice to a male singer but changing the tempo and i got really bad shock when i preview the clip when i adjust that for fun… so man the voice, i almost fall off my chair… so scary man!!!

Audacity is fun so is editing music clips… it is fun i do admit and i hope to meddle with this software for sure…

next week, faci say that we would be doing story board for our group video… we are supposed to come up with a video and also a story board…hahaha…if only it was as simple as how i do a S.H.E video… just take some clips from there and merge them and edit and cutting them… if only it is easy as ABC…hahahaha…

i shall look forward to next week lesson….

Tiring day…

just today, i went cycling with my parents at East Coast park… the weather was freaking hot and the crowd there was packed… people cycling and roller blading and also families member having BBQ… the sight of seeing people having BBQ make me tempted to have one too…hahaha… i doubt there would a chance for me to have a BBQ.. hehehe.. anyway i enjoy myself cycling but damn it, i was freaking so tired and my leg are aching from the cycling from the start where i got my bike to the end where i cycle all the way to the East Coast Food centre and Seafood area.. tired !!! tomorrow there would be school and it is data based but wat to do, i have to go… i complain and Huiying will go, you got school but i got work tomorrow…hahaa…

“our wei wei ling ling day”

u must be curious why is my title of my today blog post is call “our wei wei ling ling day”?… curious right… i shall tell you!!! cause today the two “Wei Lings” went out together…. this is so amazing to know this that someone share the same Chinese name as me…i am talking about my year 1 classmates Ho Weeling… Wei Ling is her chinese name… this is so coincidence.. more to add on that her birthday is just one day after me and she too stay at the same Serangoon zone as me and we could go school and go back home together… oh, i did not know till when she reminded me…haha, so funny man to have someone to have same Chinese name as you… just like how in class, there is someone who have the same English name and surname as me…so practially there is two Felicia Lim in my class w66d… this is such a small world…

anyway today went K with Weeling… it was fun to begin with since we could sing from 2pm to 7pm… other branches only let us sing till 5pm but never mind AMK kbox is good and one person only pay 22 net for it…then we went to orchard since from amk to orchard is so near so we hop on to the mrt and end up as orchard ion… damn it, it is so crowded… can just kill myself there squeezing with people… most of the time, i was being push with the crowd… i don need to walk at all lah…

so crowded but we were hungry so we went to buy this crepes from this new store from Japan and it is yummy… mushroom and cheese and then went to taka for dinner… stupid saba fish, so much bones, you wanna kill me with your stupid bone!! all so fine de, lucky i got sharp eye if not i already ate the bone down..

slack slack at kinokuniya and look and some Taiwan magazine… then went home…

go home also crowded…

side note: wishing Kelly my cousin a speedy recovery… heard from my mum that she vomited blood due to food poisioning…0_o… sound so serious !! but heard she would be discharge tomorrow… rest well Kelly!!!

whew…those Papers are OVER for now…

finally… finally…finally… i want to scream!!! finally those two UTs are over… those UTs drive me insane and make me go on a roller coaster ride with my emotion… i was so stress up with studying it then i broke down in tear… frankly i find myself in a lot of stress over my grades…maybe i set the standard too high for myself that why i am facing this but who won’t want to pass their papers in Poly?? haix… really don’t know !! sometime i wondered h

ow come i can get so low when i study?? haix.. don’t want to think already… anyway that day the 2 papers i took that day was okay… there were some questions in the java paper that i do not know how to do but guess i still managed to do it… i just hope i can just can a sub pass for it and it would definitly make me happy…html paper was freaking so nut… which stupid lecturer set such a long paper for a mean 45 minutes paper… you think we student in RP are freaking genius who can finish such long questions paper in 45 mintues??? really shit… i did

not finish my paper on time cause of that freaking long question that was mark in bracket (12 marks)… freaking hell… my 12 marks fly to heaven already !!!
